[5p-PA1-64] PL modulation in 2D van der Waals heterostructures by its fabrication method

2D van der Waals heterostructures composed of Group-VI transition metal dichalcogenides such as WS2 and MoS2, offer a novel platform for optical physics arising from interlayer excitons. In this work, we explored the PL modulation of interlayer excitons from this heterostructures by its fabrication method like chemical vapor deposition and polymer-assisted dry-transfer method.
