[5p-PA2-19] Ion-Assisted Deposition of Vinyl Polymer Having Amino Units

Thin films of vinyl polymer having amino side group were obtained by ion-assisted vapor deposition polymerization of 4-aminostyrene. The reaction was initiated in the course of vapor deposition. Moreover, ion irradiation was found to be effective in obtaining a polymer of high molecular weight.
