Thin films were prepared using a colloidal solution of diamond nanoparticles. Alq 3 and a comb-shaped silver electrode were deposited thereon to prepare a device for evaluating electrical properties. In the device without diamond, the current hardly flows, whereas the current flowed easily in the device with diamond. Furthermore, the smaller the film thickness of nano-diamond thin films, the easier the current to flow, and the easier it is to obtain the electron injection effect possessed by the diamond.
