[5p-PA3-19] Fine structure of CsPbI2 dependent Cs0.2FA0.8PbIxBr3-x perovskite by two-step reaction

So far, we reported the role of IPA in the synthesize of organic-inoragnic FAPbIxBr3-x perovskite by the two-step reaction of amorphous PbIBr film and FAIBr/IPA solution. The IPA promote the crsytallization of PbIBr and simultanelusly FAIBr diffuse into grain boundary and/or void in the PbIBr network. In this paper, we will present the solvent dependent fine structure of CsPbI2 and its influence on the formation speed of FAPbIxBr3-x perovskite including the removal process of residual solvent DMF, TBP, CHP, and DMSO by IPA.
