[5p-PA3-22] Perovskite solar cells prepared by a new 3-step method including a PbI2 scavenging step

The preparation process of perovskite solar cells is usually categorized into the 1-step and 2-step methods. The 2-step method has some problems of rough surface structure of the perovskite film and residual unreacted PbI2. In this study, we additionally spin-coated MAI, MABr and those mixed solution on the perovskite film prepared by 2-step method to improve the film morphology and to scavenge the residual PbI2, which resulted in the improved photovoltaic performance.
