[5p-PB1-1] Emission spectrum evaluation of multiple quantum wells of wide band light source for optical sensing

800-1000 nm broadband light source is suitable for in vivo optical sensing. Grown heterogeneous quantum well structure composed of four materials by Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE). Large band gap energy or ordered from the n side produced two types of sequence from the p side. In the PL and EL measurements were compared.
