[5p-PB1-11] Investigation of Nonlinear Properties for All Optical Logic Gate Device Using MQW-SOA

We proposes all optical logic gate device using nonlinear optical effects such as XGM and FWM. This time I measured XGM vesus input power and wavelength gap and FWM output power versus input power of 2 signals with MQW-SOA. XNOR logic modulation is confirmed with CW input light.
