Miniature, a cost reduction and performance improvement are a problem in the popularization of a fuel cell. Metalization of a separator is one of approaches. So by surface wave microwave plasma CVD, I coated a stainless separator by graphene containing carbon film. The flow rate of O₂ is changed, and conductivity and corrosion resistance are valued.
