CuInSe₂(CIS)太陽電池の変換効率の推移と用いられたキ－テクノロジ－をまとめた。これを見るとほとんどの技術が2000年までに開発されたが、最近再び、新しいイノベ－ションの時を迎えていることがわかる。講演ではCIS太陽電池が生まれてから1990年まで、1991年から2000年、2001年から現在と期間を区切って開発されたキ－テクノロジ－について述べる。最後にこれからのCIS太陽電池の開発について私見を述べる。
