[5p-S43-13] Measurements of 57FeBO3(333) reflection under RF magnetic field with 64-pixel Si-APD linear-array X-ray detector system

We have developed a silicon avalanche photodiode 64-pixel linear-array detector, which had pixel size of 100×200μm2, and pixel pitch of 150 μm. The detector system is able to observe an X- or γ-ray image, simultaneously in temporal distribution of sub-nanosecond with continuous counting of 2048 times by each 0.5 ns time width. We will present the results of nuclear resonant imaging experiment on iron-57, excuted at beamline BL09XU of SPring-8.
