In the quantum dot (QD) superlattice where semiconductor QDs are periodically arranged, new physical properties based on interaction between QDs are developed. We prepared CdTe QD superlattices by using the electrostatic interaction between positively- and negatively-charged QDs. The quantum resonance between QDs was investigated by measuring absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectra, and PL-decay profiles in detail.
