[6a-A404-8] Optical properties of type-I and type-II CdTe quantum dots

We have investigated optical properties of type-I and type-II CdTe quantum dots (QDs). CdTe QDs were hydrothermally prepared by the reaction of Cd2+ and NaHTe in the presence of N-acetyl-L-cysteine as a stabilizer. The potential structures of type-I and type-II were successfully controlled by changing the molar ratio of Cd2+ and NaHTe.
