In the quantum dot (QD) superlattice structure in which QDs are regularly arranged, the development of new optical properties based on the interaction between adjacent QDs are expected. In this study, ZnSe QD superlattices are successfully prepared by the layer-by-layer method. We investigated the optical properties of various samples with different QD size and inter-QD distance in order to elucidate the interaction mechanism between QDs.
