Keywords:Ultra-thin, Organic solar cells

By using an organic material, solar cells, transistors and the like can be made extremely thin by coating or printing, and also by reducing the thickness of the substrate film as much as possible, it is possible to reduce the stiffness of a device and can be free compression deformation. In this lecture, it reports the data of the devices which were succeeded in the fabrication of ultra-thin organic solar cell on transparent polyimide as the ultra-thin substrate to solve the problems in the previous research such as heat resistance, film thickness, surface roughness.
