[6a-A502-9] Crystal Structure Analysis of Quenched (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 -based Ceramics

It is generally known that (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3 (BNT) ceramic is one of the candidates materials for lead-free piezoelectric ceramics. Recently, we found that a depolarization temperature Td can be increased by a quenching treatment. In this study, we conducted crystal structure analysis for the quenched BNT ceramic and revealed that rhombohedral distortion was increased by the quenching treatment.
