We are aiming to realize a plasmon waveguide optical isolator that can integrate with Si thin wire waveguide by applying surface plasmon polariton generated at ferromagnetic metal - dielectric interface. For the plasmonic waveguide optical isolator using a ferromagnetic metal for the plasmonic waveguide, especially nonreciprocal LR - DLSPPWs, we aimed for integration of Si thin wire waveguide, processed Si thin wire waveguide into a tapered waveguide and coupled with LR - DLSPPW We report the fabrication of PMMA waveguide.
