[6a-C14-5] Multicolor Detection with Quantum Well-based Charge Sensitive Infrared Phototransistor (CSIP)

For the controllable detection at several wavelengths with charge-sensitive infrared phototransistors (CSIPs), multicolor CSIP is demonstrated by introducing multiple photo-floating gates. An unprecedentedly broad detection band, covering wavelength range of 8~17 μm, has been achieved with a quadruple QW structure. Detailed mechanism of the multicolor detection and tuning of the spectral band in terms of gate biasing and plasmonic antenna will be discussed.
