[6a-C16-2] Development of a novel method for synthesizing monolayer graphitic carbon nitride

Graphitic carbon nitride is concerned as one of promising metal free visible light catalyst for water splitting. Recently, an atomic layer of g-C3N4 delaminated from its bulk material exhibit a highest catalytic efficiency on hydrogen evolution of g-C3N4. Since then, monolayer g-C3N4 draws a lot of attention for photocatalytic application. Here, we propose a new synthesizing method by using solid/ solid interface on g-C3N4 synthesis.
