[6a-PA3-4] Phase Instability of a Terahertz Resonant Tunneling Diode Oscillator

Resonant tunneling diode (RTD) is a compact, semiconductor-based, continuous terahertz light source with exccelent properties such as low power consumption and room temperature oscillation. To make RTDs much more functional as terahertz devices, it is important to make full use of the phase information as well as the intensity information. In this study, we used Fabry-Perot interferometer to investigate the phase instability of a terahertz RTD.
