[6a-PA4-3] Autopower control mode of quantum-entangled photon-pair source based on efficiency of differential-frequency-generation

We report a novel method for integrity monitoring and feedback of quantum-entangled photon pair source based on efficiency of differential-frequency generation, for the long-term stable operation. The experimental results using a periodically poled LiNbO3 device verified the merit of the proposed system. The device could generate the photon-pairs, maintaining the mean-number of the photon pairs, even when the device operation temperature changed from 9℃ to 26℃ and the operation condition was deviated from the optimum (phase matched) condition.
