[6a-PB1-3] Vortex Liquid-Glass Phase Transition in SmBa₂Cu₃O_y Superconducting Films with BaMO₃ nanorods

BaHfO₃ or Ba₂SmNbO₆-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y films were fabricated on the single crystalline substrates by the vapor phase epitaxy. The nanorods were introduced as the artificial pinning centers into the films by the self-organization during the deposition. The transport properties at high magnetic fields reveal the vortex liquid-glass phase transition for different diameter of nanorods. The vortex phase is discussed based on the saturation number of vortex in the nanorods.
