Quantum paraelectrics have high constant permittivity at the temperature below 10 K. Some quantum paraelectrics transit to quantum ferroelectrics, whose permittivity has temperature dependance at cryogenic temperature region by appropriate impurity doping. We had demonstrated operation of microcalorimeters using quantum ferroelectrics by detection of alpha rays.In this presentation, we report on shaping method of trigger signal by using some filter circuits for efficient measurement.
