We will report on the progress of development of time-resolved ARPES and absorption spectroscopy system based on the high-order harmonic source driven by near-infrared pulse with a durarion of from 5 to 20 fs. In this system, we can use 27th harmonic (42 eV) as probe light to cut spectrum by SiC/Mg multilayer mirrors, and measure time-resolved ARPES in whole brillouin zone. We measured ARPES spectra of HOPG acquired the 27th harmonic pulse driven by 20 fs near-infrared pulse, and compared with that acquired HeII lamp.
