We present internal field mapping of crystalline silicon back contact cells using laser terahertz emission microsocpe (LTEM). The THz emission is observed at borders between n+ contacts and p+ emitters, with waveform inversion between left and right side of emitters being observed. The observed THz emission is related to the photocarriers accelerated by internal field parallel to the surface.
