There is the immunoassay as quantitative analysis for small amount of proteins. Usually, 100 ~ 300 mL wells are used for sample absorption to their walls. The detection limit of this method is several tens pg/mL. For analysing more smaller amount of proteins, it requires more high sensitivity. Therefore, in this study, we propose fluorescence measuring method based on glass multi-capillary. This time we investigated detection sensitivity property in this method. We compared fluorescence intensity of multi-capillary and that of glass well. Multi-capillary offered seventy times stronger intensity compared to glass well. Moreover we can detect imitation samples whose concentration is 1 pg/mL. And using proteins, we can detect 7 pg/mL. This result suggests that the multi-capillary has potential as high-sensitive biosensor.
