Our research group is developing a laser speckle (LS) microscopy utilizing analysis of LS fluctuation observed on living cells. We report an observation of granule release from living cells by laser scattering during the LS observation of living cells. In this study, we investigated the observed phenomena by both optical microscopic techniques and electron microscopy.
