Keywords:quantum sensing, NV center, high resolution nano-NMR

Enhancing sensitivity is highly demanded in NMR which is the most useful analytical method in chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, and material science by supplying abundant information of chemical structure. Nano-NMR which uses NV center as quantum sensor has attained a sensitivity higher by 12 orders of magnitude than conventional NMR and nanoscale spatial resolution. However, the frequency resolution is far below than that is suited for chemical structure determination. By using high magnetic field (3T) and quantum processor consisting of nuclear spin memory (T1=260 s) and electron spin sensor, we have attained 1 ppm resolution for both 1H and 19F. The resolution problems specific to nano-NMR will be discussed and the solution from material side will be presented.
