Organic semiconductor nanoparticle is an attractive material for improving device performance, owing to their large surface area and size effect which can artificially control material properties. Small molecule Alq3 nanoparticles were produced by the ESD method and conditions for nanoparticle formation with uniform diameter were investigated by changing additive solvent and solute concentration.
