Organic semiconductor nanoparticle is an attractive material for improving device performance, owing to their large surface area and size effect which can artificially control material properties. Small molecule Alq₃ nanoparticles were produced by the ESD method and conditions for nanoparticle formation with uniform diameter were investigated by changing additive solvent and solute concentration.
