In this work, we developed a high-speed CARS microspectroscopy by combining the rapid-scan FT-CARS and a lab-made microscope with a fast-scanning piezoelectric stage. The developed microscope provides a broadband hyperspectral CARS image (100 μm×100 μm, 10,000 pixels) within 1 s, including the time for data acquisition, analysis, and display of the image, hence achieving the world’s highest frame rate for broadband CARS microscopy.
