Acetylene gas temperature is measured using dual-comb spectroscopy. We found that the fitting of absorption profile of many rotational spectral lines of the specific vibrational transitions to a theoretical equation give a precise temperature. The spectroscopic temperature is determined with the estimated uncertainty of 1K at 23.6 ℃.
