Colloidal quantum dot (CQD) assemblies emerge as a new type of optoelectric materials.Among them lead chalcogenide (PbX) CQDs, which have small band gap, are expected to be higher efficient devices, but PbTe CQDs have not been examined because of their instability though they have the smallest band gap among PbX. Here we made the PbTe CQD films as devices and demonstrated the electrical characterization.
