In terms of the surface of silicon solar cells used for 2-terminal perovskite silicon tandem solar cells, design guidelines for light trapping are required. Therefore, in this study, texture to reduce the reflectance was formed on the surface of the silicon substrate. As a result, it was found that the amount of light absorption into the silicon substrate was increased by reducing reflection owing to the texture, and the conversion efficiency of the tandem solar cell was improved.
