△ [6p-C22-10] Crystallite size effect on thermal conduction of natural celluloses and developing heat-guiding materials
Keywords:cellulose, heat-guiding materials
We found that the paper-like sheets of the highly-crystallized nanocellulose derived from the natural resources showed the 3~10 times higher thermal conductivities compared with existing plastic films. The thermal diffusivity of the sheets was found to correlated with the crystallite thickness, measured by the X-ray diffraction, and it is indicated the existence of a crystallite size effect. We further developed the heat-guiding materials by using the anisotropic thermally conductive nanocelluloses.
