[6p-PA1-1] Development of liquid-cooled Nd:glass split-disk amplifier

Conventional disk glass laser system reduce beam quality by the thermal induced effects, the Nd:glass laser system limits the repetition rate because of low thermal conductivity. Thus, a shot interval is about 2-or 3 hours.
We designed and demonstrated a liquid cooled Nd:glass split-disk amplifier with a 10-cm square clear aperture at repetition rate of 0.1-0.01Hz.
