単接合型太陽電池における理論限界効率は28 ~ 29%が見込まれており、近年では、この効率を超えるため、幅広い光波長領域を用いて発電が可能な多接合型太陽電池の研究開発が行われている。中でも本研究では、ペロブスカイト//Cu(In,Ga)Se₂多接合型太陽電池のペロブスカイト裏面におけるホール輸送層用材料としてp型の高い導電性を有するCuIに着目、ヨウ素化法を用いた作製結果について検討を行ったので報告する。
