[6p-PA5-6] Na behavior at Mo/SLG interface and in Mo thin film

Taro Kuwano1, Susumu Imasyuku2, Nose Yoshitaro1 (1.Kyoto Univ., 2.IMR, Tohoku Univ.)

Keywords:Na, Mo, Soda Lime Glass

Mo and soda lime glass (SLG) are usually used as the back electrode and the substrate in CIGS solar cells, respectivelly. It is well known that Na diffuses from SLG to the absorber throurh Mo thin layer and contributes to improve the performance of CIGS solar cells. There are many studies on the roll of Na in the absorber. In contrast, there are few detail studies on the behavior of Na at the interface between Mo thin layer and SLG. To reveal the behavior of Na at the interface and in the Mo thin layer, we conducted the Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectroscopy (GD-OES) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy analysis.
