Organic semiconductors are bonded with weak intermolecular force, and large intermolecular distance change under external pressure can be expected. For this reason, researches on the correlation between conductivity and structure of organic molecular substances have been conducted in recent years by applying external pressure to organic transistors to modulate the crystal structure of organic semiconductors. In this study, we fabricated an organic transistor using a C8-BTBT crystal film and measured the transistor characteristics under pressure to investigate the influence of C8-BTBT specific structure called alkyl chain and S atom on conduction characteristics was carried out.
