We have developed a plasmonic silver plating method which fabricate a silver nanostructure on a glass substrate by inducing a reduction of silver ions selectively in the visible light irradiation region. The feature of this method is that the silver nanostructure can be patterned in arbitrary region ranging from submicron to macro scale by light irradiation. In this study, we have fabricated a grating pattern silver nanostructures on a substrate using two - beam interference of laser and investigated measurement of hydrogen peroxide utilizing catalytic and optical properties of this substrate.
