[6p-S21-7] Fine segmented calorimeter for particle energy measurement

We will describe fine segmented calorimeter system will be produced for the international linear collider experiment. The detector will measure the energy of jets or particles with excellent precision which ever realized. The talk will cover the conceptual design and its experimental tests. Moreover the studies aiming the real detector will be shown. There are two candidate sensors for detecting the particles and the technologies to realize it.
