△ [6p-S42-4] Flux Pinning at High Temperatures in BaHfO₃-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y Superconducting Films

BaHfO₃-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y films were fabricated on IBAD-MgO substrates by the PLD method. The superconducting films shows high properties at high temperatures such as the liquid nitrogen temperature. The magnetic relaxation measurement reveals that the apparent pinning potential in the films is robust even at high magnetic fields.
