By combining the precise phase control technique of optical comb with optical vortex, we are exploring innovative light sources. In the presentation, we will introduce a proof-of-principle experiment on the control of a ring-shaped optical lattice using optical comb. Through the relative carrier envelope phase control of a dual-comb light source, the rotational direction and angular velocity of the lattice could be arbitrarily and precisely controlled. It is expected that this technique is extended to versatile applications for precise optical manipulation etc.
