Time domain reflectometry was adopted on the measurement of carrier injection from contact electrodes into organic thin film transistor, probably at the first time. Time domain reflectometry had been used in the field of analysis of transmission line and LSI package, and soil survey etc. Carrier injection process into organic thin film transistor was measured in the time resolution range of 10 ns.
