In the present study, we investigated effects of the injection direction of charge carriers from electrodes to an organic semiconductor single crystal on the amount charge carrier in an organic field effect transistor. We engraved two square-shaped wells at both sides of the channel on the crystal surface using a focused ion beam (FIB) lithography, and deposited the electrodes onto the crystal edges exposed by FIB process. Measurement results of current–voltage characteristics will be reported on the day.
