As a continuation of the identification of the material of the subject using the two-dimensional CdTe X-ray image sensor, the line attenuation coefficient of the soft tissue equivalent (tough water) phantom of human body and the equivalent (tight bone) phantom of bone (dense bone, cortical bone, internal bone) and the effective atomic number, and examined the accuracy of identification. In addition, since the digital characteristic curve, MTF, Wiener spectrum, NEQ and DQE which are the image characteristics of the two-dimensional CdTe X-ray image sensor were also measured, they are also reported.
