△ [7a-A414-8] Optical properties of atomically thin WSe₂/MoTe₂ van der Waals heterostructure

単層遷移金属ダイカルコゲナイドの単層WSe₂と単層MoTe₂から成るタイプIと思われるヘテロ構造の光学特性を測定した。差分反射スペクトルから、WSe2由来のピークのレッドシフトと線幅の増大が観測された。この得られた結果から、電子状態の変調について議論する。
