Keywords:perovskite solar cells, titanium dioxide, low temperature process

In this study, we have developed brookite TiO2, prepared at low temperature (<150 oC), as an electron collector of perovskite solar cells. Based on dehydration reaction of surface hydroxyl groups, brookite TiO2 nanoparticles exhibit inter-particle necking and enable formation of a mesoporous electron collector at low temperature below 150 oC. The brookite-based CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite solar cells, prepared at 150 oC, gave high power conversion efficiency up to 21.6% and 13.4% on glass and plastic substrates, respectively.
