Two-dimensional perovskite compounds are excellent in stability and can be expected to be applied to long-lived perovskite solar cells. By introducing a carboxy group at the terminal of alkylammonium used for general two-dimensional perovskite, it was revealed that phase transition was suppressed, and crystals were randomly oriented while maintaining the exciton physical properties. (7-AHA)2(MA)m-1PbmI3m+1 were prepared by using HOOC(CH2)6NH3I (7-AHAI) and CH3NH3I (MAI). Multilayered structures (m = 2, 3) were confirmed by XRD measurements. Each compound was introduced into solar cells, and photovoltaic properties were evaluated.
