[7a-PA3-15] Fabrication of Diffraction Grating by Sol-Gel Method and Imprint Lithography

回折格子などの狭周期構造を有する素子は，樹脂などへのインプリント法が広く利用されている。樹脂は優れた加工性を持つ一方で，化学的・熱的安定性が乏しいという問題があった。そこで，本研究では安価なプロセスとして知られるゾル-ゲル法とインプリント法を併用することによって，酸化物で構成する回折格子の作製を行い，素子の性能向上のために周期構造の深溝化を試みた。
