For nematic liquid crystal with thick liquid crystal layer, the decay time when voltage is removed becomes very long and it becomes a serious problem for application. As a solution to this problem, use of polymer stabilized nematic liquid crystal is being studied. For example, since polymer stabilized namatic liquid crystals undergo alignment control from the polymer network interface, the decay time is reduced. On the other hand, in nanofiber / liquid crystal composite, diameter, length, density, etc can be controlled and strength of interaction between liquid crystal molecules nanofibers can be controlled. Therefore, in this reserch, in order to investigate the effect of polymer stabilized network and nanofiber composite, we adopted a strong anchoring condition for the polymer stabilized network and weak anchoring condition for the nanofiber composite. We report the results of simulation analysis of the motion of liquid crystal molecules with two dimensional structure using polymer stabilized network and nanofiber composite.
