[7p-A202-5] Anomalous Hall Effect in SrCoO3 thin films

We investigate magneto-transport properties of ferromagnetic metal SrCoO3 thin films, which were grown on SrTiO3 substrates by pulsed laser deposition method. The Hall measurement reveals that the ordinary Hall coefficient has sign inversion as a function of temperature. This variation of ordinary Hall coefficient is accompanied by the sign inversion of anomalous Hall effect, suggesting the importance of band structure for anomalous Hall effect in SrCoO3 as observed in SrRuO3.
